The Bye, Goff & Rohde, Ltd., Paralegal Scholarship is awarded to a CVTC student enrolled in the Legal Studies/Paralegal Post-Baccalaureate program. This scholarship is awarded on the ground of merit and promise in pursuing a career within the legal profession.

- Applicant must have 12 or more CVTC credits completed
- Applicant must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher at CVTC
- Applicant must be a graduate from Ellsworth, Hudson, River Falls, Spring Valley, or St. Croix Central High School – preferred
