The National Board of Respiratory Care, (NBRC) mission of promoting excellence in respiratory care by awarding credentials based on high competency standards, The National Board for Respiratory Care shares your goal of protecting and enhancing patient lives. Nearly 40,000 candidates test for NBRC credentials each year, seeking to demonstrate how excellence defines Respiratory Therapy Practitioners. NBRC credentials provide recognition for hard work and dedication to quality. The NBRC provides scholarship support for Respiratory Therapy students across the country to underwrite students’ efforts to enter the field of Respiratory Therapy.

- Students with a 2.0 GPA or higher
- Students enrolled in the second semester of the Respiratory Therapy Program
