PHIL RUEHL MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is made possible by an endowment established within the CVTC Foundation, Inc., in memory of Dr. Philip Ruehl who served as a member of the Chippewa Valley VTAE District Board for 2.5 years and as Vice Chairman at the time of his death in September 1986. Dr. Ruehl was associated with the University of Wisconsin Stout for 33 years serving as an assistant dean of industrial education until his retirement in 1981. Dr. Ruehl was involved with vocational education his entire life. This scholarship is offered to a student studying electronics at CVTC.

-Must have 3.5 GPA or higher
-12 credits completed
-Currently enrolled in 6 or more credits
