SHAWN M. SILLMAN MEMORIAL AUTO COLLISION REPAIR & REFINISH TECHNICIAN ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP

The Shawn M. Sillman Memorial Auto Collision Repair & Refinish Technician Endowed Scholarship was established by Doug Olson, a CVTC graduate and long-time CVTC employee in memory of Shawn. Shawn was a graduate of the Auto Collision Repair & Refinish Technician program.

Shawn was born March 10, 1984, and passed away June 12, 2010. He was an extremely talented and creative artist with a special focus in airbrushing, pin striping, and custom painting for auto body. He was employed in the auto body field and also enjoyed working on his personal vehicles, as well as friends’ and relatives’ vehicles. This scholarship will grow from the gifts of many. It was first awarded in Spring 2011, and it continues to be awarded recognizing Shawn’s life in perpetuity.
