RAY LOER MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship was established in memory of Ray Loer, a Civil Structural instructor, who taught from 1968 until his death in 1977. The scholarship recipient is selected by the program instructors based on a continuous evaluation of his/her interest and attitude in the program, attendance record, and leadership ability.
