CHERRIE BERGANDI MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Cherrie Bergandi was a communications faculty member and dean of general education at CVTC. Upon completing her doctorate, she accepted the opportunity to serve as vice president of academics at Western Technical College. Cherrie was passionate about liberal arts and the opportunities that come about for liberal arts students beyond CVTC. Cherrie’s philanthropic heart helped ensure many CVTC students had emergency funds in their time of need. She gave selflessly to help advance the mission of CVTC. Cherrie’s family and friends established this scholarship in her memory to honor her many leadership contributions to CVTC and Western Technical College.
