CHARLES A. KAUFMAN MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship was established by the educational staff at the CVTC Neillsvile Center, family, and friends in memory of Specialist Charles A. Kaufman. Spc. Kaufman of Fairchild died June 26, 2005, while on duty in Iraq. He was part of the Army National Guard’s 1st Battalion, 128th Infantry, in Arcadia and Eau Claire. Spc. Kaufman was the first student from CVTC who lost his life in the line of duty in Iraq. Charles was a student from the CVTC Neillsville Center where he earned his high school equivalency diploma. This scholarship will be given annually to fund the education of a student who completed his/her high school credential and is pursuing additional education at CVTC.

Scholarships
