CHAD WESTON MEMORIAL NURSING SCHOLARSHIP
In memory of Chad Weston, this scholarship honors a compassionate nurse whose dedication, warmth, and humor left a lasting impact on everyone he worked with. Chad earned his associate Degree in Nursing from Chippewa Valley Technical College and began his nursing career in 2020 at the Mayo Clinic, where he served patients on the neuro, trauma, and pediatric unit with exceptional care and commitment. In 2022, Chad joined OakLeaf Surgical Hospital as on Operating Room Nurse, quickly becoming a beloved member of the team. His infectious smile, unwavering faith, and genuine kindness made him not only a remarkable nurse, but a cherished colleague and friend.
Chad passed away unexpectedly in 2025. He is deeply missed by his wife, Aymee, and their two sons, as well as the many lives he touched through his work and friendship. This scholarship was established to honor Chad’s legacy and to support aspiring nurses who demonstrate the same compassion, dedication, and love for the profession that Chad brough to work every day. It aims to encourage and empower the next generation of nurses as they pursue their calling in healthcare.
