CATHY "STRETCH" WEISS MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP

Cathy “Stretch” Weiss was a 1976 graduate of CVTC’s Radiography program who maintained her connection with CVTC throughout her 35-year career. Stretch was committed to compassionate patient care throughout her career at Chippewa Valley Orthopedic and Sports Medicine, and she expected the same of the students who found themselves at her clinical site. She took her role in student preparation for their career in healthcare seriously and, as a result, her legacy of patient-focused care and a strong work ethic can be found in clinics throughout the Chippewa Valley and beyond in the daily work of CVTC’s Radiography program alumni. This scholarship was established by Stretch’s husband Greg and their two daughters, Bridget and Brook, to honor her memory and to support CVTC’s Radiography students.
