CASEY ANDERSON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Casey spent majority of his days in the kitchen, when he wasn’t preparing for the next big event at the Eau Claire Golf and Country Club, he was learning new skills to share with others. He enjoyed trying new and exciting dishes as well as creating his own delicious recipes. He loved nothing more than sharing his culinary knowledge and skills with others. He would want nothing more than giving the opportunity to others to learn culinary the way he did.
